Our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes were hand picked and then gently pressed as whole bunches to preserve the true fruit characters of both varieties. It was bottle fermented and matured on yeast lees for 18 months in the traditional Methode Champenoise. The KarriBindi Chardonnay Pinot is a Vintage Brut; dry and crisp, with an elegant lingering finish. Each mouthful enhanced by the finest bubbles and delicate fruit flavours.
