2009 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
At KarriBindi we blend these two varieties such that every vintage produces the optimum balance of each fruit’s unique natural flavours.
Pale lime in colour. A collage of limes, lemongrass and white nectarines are layered on a generous palate. The fruit flavours reflect the purity of Karridale Sauvignon. The Semillon fleshes out the mid palate and adds a depth of richness and volume. The wine finishes with succulent balanced acidity, minerality and lingering freshness.
