Our Shiraz grapes are from mature vines growing on a north facing slope of karri loam and gravel soils. Our viticulturist and winemaker together select the best areas of fruit for the KarriBindi Shiraz. This Shiraz has been aged in a mixture of French and American oak to ensure that the full flavour of our fruit is enhanced but not overpowered. You will find subtle peppercorn characters and finely balanced tannins, together with plum and cherry flavours.
